We had a beautiful day at Dana and Steve's farm and learned all about maple-sugaring. We taste-tested real and fake syrup (what a difference!), played "Warm Days/Cold Nights" in the field, ate our snack outside, watched sap boil in the sugar house, collected sap from buckets in the sugarbush and tasted pure sap! A huge Thank You to Dana and Steve!
