Our 4 Winds program brought us outside in search of tracks! before heading out, we were treated to a puppet show about animal tracks and learned not only about shapes and sizes of tracks but about how an animal moves- waddles, hops, bounds, or strides. We looked for clues outside to help figure out an animals activities; is the animal running? how big might the animal be? where is it going? Even with the limited snow, we were able to finds signs of animals (and people!).
